Individual Therapy

Therapy is important because it provides a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Often, life can present us with challenges and obstacles that we may struggle to navigate on our own. Therapy offers a supportive environment where individuals can gain insight into their feelings, behaviors, and patterns, while also learning valuable coping mechanisms and skills to handle life's many difficulties. Through therapeutic interventions, individuals can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, improve their self-esteem, and enhance their overall well-being. It also allows for the opportunity to uncover underlying issues, heal emotional wounds, and foster personal growth. Ultimately, therapy can empower individuals to develop healthier relationships, make positive life choices, and live more fulfilling lives.

An unresolved painful past can often sneak up into your day-to-day life. You may find yourself reacting in ways you don’t intend while in everyday situations, followed by guilt and frustration. Then in other scenarios, it can be as though you feel nothing at all. Sometimes you are too exhausted to connect with those closest to you or feel as though you are unsure of who you are outside of your relationships. You may find yourself frequently turning to substances, food, TV shows, or sleep in order to feel relaxed. I am here to help you find some relief from these difficult experiences.

There is a future where you can better understand yourself, control your worry, and live in the moment. A future where you can trust yourself to know when it is safe to open up. You can find relief in ways that don’t lead to feelings of guilt or shame. I would love to help you work towards this future.

It is important to me that you feel in control of your healing journey, so connect with me whenever you are ready, and let's begin.
